Plant Medicine
Psychedelic Integration Circle
Thursdays, Every 2 weeks
September 14th
Donation: Give With Great Love
This is an experimental 4 week psychedelic/plant medicine integration container. Come anytime, but most benefit can come from consecutive sessions.

What is a psychedelic integration circle?
This is a space where we honor the unseen within the world and the unseen within ourselves. The intention of an integration circle is to provide community, camaraderie, and support during one's assimilation process from an entheogenic (psychedelic) and plant medicine experience. It is a space to further connect to these medicine experiences, to be witnessed in doing so, and to anchor the insights gleaned deeper into our internal and external worlds.
Here we share our stories, our experiences, our questions, and what feels most right in the moment. We understand that there may be more to life than the eye can see and that truth is relative. We honor and respect each other’s perspectives and life experiences, we extend compassion and kindness to each other, and we aim to learn more about ourselves and this human experience.
Let’s make more room for the unseen ✨

Rainbow Frequency Youth Group
*FREE* every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month
6 pm to 8 pm
Location: Blu Room on the TogetherSource campus
This is a free event for youth ages 13-17 and their parents. It meets twice per month in the Blu Room on the TogetherSource campus in Albuquerque.
Parents, community, and youth, 13-17 years of age, will arrive loosely between 5:30-5:45 to gather and share your favorite food for the POTLUCK that starts with intention at 6pm after opening circle. Around 6:30, the parents/guardians will retire to their space while the youth claim the Blu room for one hour, before returning together to share, close circle and clean up as a community by 8.

During the 1 hour conscious conversation, the parent class will be supported with education and practice as the youth receive novel information from a new uplifted community member each gathering, who teach their passion in subject areas that align with our vision of raising new generations of sovereign beings with education AND practice in things such as meditation, mindfulness, spirituality, science, religion (all inclusive), culture, identity, creativity, vulnerability, communication, music, movement, breath work, theater, life skills, manifestation, and eventually telepathy and beyond.

Creative Writing Workshop
with Sabina Modeste
Every First Wednesday of each month, 6 pm to 8 pm.
Cost: Suggested $10-$20 donation
Location: 1111 Carlisle Blvd SE Albuquerque, NM 87106
Explore your creative side on the first Wednesday of each month by joining the Creative Writing Workshop with Sabina Modeste.
You will start with an ice-breaker to get to know each other for the first 10-15 minutes. After, you'll write for 30-40 minutes with prompts and then share constructive feedback from the group. Feedback will look like 2-3 things that worked well and one thing that could be improved upon. We will have a 10 min break and then have another 30 minutes of writing and sharing with feedback.

Creative writing has been shown to improve mental and emotional well-being by providing insights into our emotions and developing self-expression and communication skills.

If you have questions, contact Sabina at 908-456-5465.
