The Room Between deck and garden
Mondays,Wednesdays, Fridays 6:30AM
This is a 30 minute high intensity interval strength/cardio class that consists of 8 sets of fast paced exercises 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest.
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 7:00AM
Cardio and Core
This class is a challenging mix of dynamic core-stabilization and cardio exercises to get the blood pumping and the heart rate elevated.
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays at 12:15PM
Afternoon HIIT Zoom Only
Invigorate your afternoon with a quick 30 minute HIIT class. HIIT is a full-body workout. The class is an interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises.
Mondays at 5:30PM
Flowing with Yin Yoga
This 60 minute VinYin is a marriage of the strong, yang Vinyasa Yoga with the receptive Yin Yoga. Active, yet grounding sun salutations and standing flows are offered in the first half of class to enliven the body and chase away any fatigue.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:15PM
Invigorate your afternoon with a quick 45 minute HIIT class. HIIT is a full-body workout. The class is an interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises.
Wednesdays at 5:30PM
Gentle Yoga Flow
This 60 minute class will move you through a soothing yoga flow. We will move with mindful breath, gentle warming and stretching muscles to foster a harmonious mind body connection. Everyone is welcome!
Saturdays at 9:30AM
This class is designed to be a killer combination of total body strength and cardio, we will ensure you are able to power through the weekends activities.
